The relationship

Whilst our first placement with Rapleys came in 2014, the working relationship between the Rapleys team and James Andrews developed in May 2023 following the successful placement of a Stock Condition Surveyor.

Since then, we have been privileged to support them with a total of 45 placements covering Surveying and Administrative positions, on both temporary and permanent contacts.

How do we succeed?

To provide key clients like Rapleys with high volumes of well- suited candidates , we take a proactive approach to candidate sourcing whilst working closely with hiring managers to fully understand their requirements. On a daily basis we search for, register and interview talent that may suit their requirements. Our approach includes;

  • Meeting with hiring managers to get a full understanding of their requirements as part of our ‘right first time’ methodology

  • Our consultants are experts in Surveying recruitment and use our established network of candidates to recommend well-matched hires within moments

  • Broad searches of active and passive professionals using a multi-resource approach

  • Dynamic advertising campaigns on jobs boards with a proven track record in resourcing Surveying
