We are currently partnering with a leading international finance firm, who are recruiting for a UK HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis based in Central London.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of up to £60,000 per annum and the start date is start of March 2024.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Advising and leading on all ER cases across a variety of levels
Acting as the first point of contact for the UK HR department regarding ER queries
Inviting employees to disciplinary meetings and ensuring all organisational procedures are followed correctly
Updating policies in line with changes to legislations
Overseeing the payroll and ensuring all data is uploaded correctly
Extensive experience working with employee relations
