We are proud to be partnering with a non-for-profit organisation based in South Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a Transactional Services Manager.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of c.£41,990 per annum.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing and assuring the quality of end-to-end processes within Transactional Services (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Banking and Insurance)

• Analysing financial data and process flows and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies

• Leading on projects to review and optimise existing procedures in alignment with regulatory, financial, and audit controls

• Undertaking regular testing of procedures to ensure accuracy/ consistency and efficiency of the ‘end to end’ Transactional Services processes

• Reporting to management/working groups of any deviations or control issues identified

• Undertaking any new system/process testing in line with project requirements and deadlines

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Sound understanding of all aspects of Transactional Services (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Banking)

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
