We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Cheltenham, who are recruiting for a Surveyor to work on an EWI project within their domestic housing stock.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to £35 per hour via an Umbrella company and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Requirements:

• Experience completing planned works surveys within domestic properties and creating detailed specifications for works
• Ability to manage contractors on site completing works
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
