We are currently engaged in a collaborative partnership with a distinguished Housing Association based in Bristol. In pursuit of excellence, we are actively seeking a temporary position as Support Worker. This will be a full-time position based in Bristol.

Rate being between £15 - £18 per hour via umbrella and supports flexibility, work life balance and staff wellbeing.

Ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with vulnerable individuals to support them to sustain their tenancy and journey towards independent living

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of individuals who have experienced mental health issues or substance misuse

• Proactively engaging clients with the association’s services and meeting the conditions of their support and housing agreement

• Encouraging an enabling client to access external support agencies, while providing support, advice and guidance

• Ensuring all records and file notes are up to date, accessible to colleague and meet the requirements of data protection and confidentiality

• Completing risk assessments ensuring that support plans are client focused

• Ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to client enquires

• Working in partnership with housing management and maintenance to address housing management issues

Working hours

• 35 hours per week
