We are currently working in partnership with a prestigious not-for-profit organisation based in Birmingham, who is currently wishing to extend their team of attentive staff by recruiting a Life Coach on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately and can be considered on full-time basis. The salary for this role is £31,256.74 per annum. The ideal candidate for this role will have access to a vehicle and an Enhanced DBS dated within 3 years (but this not essential).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Being responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team – conducting appraisals and monitoring performance

• Delivering an efficient housing management service to tenants with complex needs within a hostel setting

• Managing the recruitment and induction of new team members

• Carrying out quality audits and report findings to management, and making any recommendations for service improvements

• Producing appropriate written reports in a variety of formats

• Representing the association at agreed external meetings and report back to staff and Management

• Maintaining an efficient service through effective budget monitoring, cost control, and maintain high occupancy levels

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience managing staff
