Job description
We have recently been working with a fantastic children’s charity to help source a new HR Advisor for their growing team. We are now also hiring for a HR Business Partner, to cover the end of a secondment.
This is a permanent, FULLY REMOTE role paying between £43,000-46,000 per annum.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing a comprehensive HR service with other HR Business Partners to the wider business (c.300 staff)
Developing HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are compliant with employment regulations and other legislation
Providing advice and guidance on employee relations, employment law, change management, organisational design, re-structure, reward and pay, workforce planning etc.
Supporting the charity’s wider strategic goals
Experience required:
2-3 years+ at Business Partner-level
CIPD Level 7
Experience within private or third sector
Experience working with trade unions
