Our client, based in Ealing, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a rolling temporary contract.

The position is due to start next week on a full-time basis. The rates are £20 per flat survey and £24 per house survey, outside IR35.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys and validating HHSRS on electronic tablets for social housing providers.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting internal and external stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
• Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B
• Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
• Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
• Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures

Experience required:

• Stock condition surveying

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• HHSRS
• Understanding of fire safety compliance

Working hours:

• Minimum 4 days commitment per week
• Monday – Friday
• 9am - 5pm
