Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Social Housing in based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a three-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately and is for three days per week. The hourly rate on offer is anywhere between £28-32.00 dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of identifying building defects, HHSRS and the Decent Homes Standard.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Completing Stock Condition Surveys on domestic properties, recording information relating to energy data and identifying HHSRS issues
Ensuring property data is accurate and robust to inform future planned works programmes
Supporting planned works teams in delivering component replacement projects
Arranging appointments with tenants, managing own diary. Keep records of access issues
Reporting repairs as needed
Requirements:
Experience working within HHSRS and decent homes standard
Access to own vehicle
A basic DBS
Working hours:
22.5 hours per week
Pick your days Mon-Fri, Flexible Start/Finish Times
