We are proud to be partnering a leading provider in building fire safety compliance and technical services to organisations across the UK, who are looking to appoint a Façade Consultant & a Building Safety Consultant on a six-month contract

Both positions are remote based roles. The rate for the Façade Consultant will be £1,000 per report. The rate for the Building Safety Consultant will be £1,100 per report.

The ideal candidate will have an IFE membership and have experience reviewing & validating reports.

Duties for Façade Consultant will include (but are not limited to):

• Producing FRAEW reports to ensure the exterior of the building are fire safe and establish if any renovations are required to bring them up to standard
• Evaluating the potential fire risks associated with the external wall system
• Providing recommendations for remedial actions if necessary

Duties for Building Safety Consultant will include (but are not limited to):

• Producing building safety cases that outline how fire and structural risks are managed to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Identifying potential safety risks assisted with the building including the spread of fire or structural failure

Experience required:

• IFE membership
• Experience producing & reviewing similar style reports
