We are currently working in partnership with a surveying consultancy firm that is based Wales, who are recruiting for numerous Retrofit Assessors on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately, on a full-time basis. The breakdown of rates is

• Assessments on houses/bungalows £115

• Assessments on flats/maisonettes £110

• Assessments and stock condition surveys house/bungalow £135

• Assessments and stock condition surveys on flats/maisonettes £128

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 Retrofit Accreditation, have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Undertaking retrofit assessments and stock condition surveys on social housing units

• Logging the information accurately on the client’s software

Experience required:

• Level 3 Retrofit Accreditation

• Stock condition experience

• Full UK driving license

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri

• Site/office based
