We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a Repairs Administrator on a three-month temporary contract. The position is due to start early September, with the potential to go full time.

The hourly rate of pay is negotiable but circa £17.00 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with contractors, booking in repairs and ensuring remedial works are completed following complaints.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting as the main point of contact for all aspects of property repairs

• Responding to queries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner

• Ensuring all property related issues are logged onto the system diligently

• Managing customer expectations of the repairs service and ensuring awareness of their responsibilities as a tenant

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience diagnosing repairs

• Experience working with repairs

• Experience ensuring databases are up to date

• Experience liaising with contractors/tenants

Working hours:

• 35hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
