Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation, who are looking to appoint a Project Manager on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in Birmingham, and a salary of £50,000 per annum. It is mainly home-based with occasional travel to the office and supported living accommodation blocks (located nationwide).
The ideal candidate will have previous project management and strategic lead experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Leading and supporting the delivery of strategic projects across Supported Living services
Identifying arrears of lack of performance within the service by liaising with other departments such as finance, and implementing strategies to improve these
Streamlining the current operating model and staffing structure across the department to improve efficiency
Strengthening links between residential and supported living provision
Collaborating with divisional directors and finance teams to streamline processes and portfolios
Aligning project objectives with company goals and ensuring the team is clear on objectives
Working effectively with Board members, tenants & leaseholder representatives to ensure the implementation and promotion of the vision and values of the organisation
Producing innovative ways of looking at problems and thinking 'outside the box' to derive solutions
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
Experience leading strategic projects in Supported Living or related services
Strong ability to identify and improve under-performance through cross-team collaboration
Proven track record in streamlining operations and staffing structures
Confident working with senior stakeholders, including board members and residents
Creative thinker with a solution-focused, innovative approach
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
