Job description
We are currently partnering with a well renowned Housing Association based in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Planned Works Project Manager to join their growing team on a Temporary basis.
Our client is the proud provider of 10,000 homes to 25,000 residents across South Wales and is looking to get someone started as soon as possible.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate, negotiable on experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Leading a team of surveyors and coordinators on a wide range of products to improve, refurbish and regenerate domestic properties
Ensuring projects are delivered according to cost, time and quality
Planning and implementing planned works in line with the wider Asset Management strategy
Monitoring the KPIs of contractors and ensuring they’re meeting pre-agreed SLAs
Developing procedures for customer satisfaction
Creating reports based on data for the senior management
Ensuring Health and Safety on site alongside HS advisors
Utilising knowledge of CDM legislation on site
Applying HHSRS and liaising with third parties in relation to any legal breeches
Experience required:
Experience of Project Management
Experience of line management
Rewards and Benefits:
Work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office
Working hours:
37.5 hours a week
Monday – Friday
