Job description
We are proud to be partnering with a national charity who strive to assist people live in equality and peace, who are looking to appoint a People Advisor on a 2 year FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in Central London, with hybrid working (1 day working from home per week) and a salary of £40,261 to £46,201 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading on complex ER cases and be able to advise stakeholders on processes in order to mitigate risk. This candidate will also have taken on project work related to cultural changes and be driven to lead on such plans.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Ensuring the strategic alignment of People practices with business goals
Managing a complex caseload of ER cases and mitigating risk where possible through the coaching of managers
Working with senior stakeholders to collate, analyse and interpret People metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Working with the Head of HR and L&D Advisor to upskill managers across the organisation
Assisting with the implementation of an apprenticeship scheme
Providing assistance to the Head of HR during any organisational restructures
Reviewing and updating organisational policies to ensure they are showing updating employment laws
Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years working at HR Officer level or above
Leading on ER issues
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Ability to implement values-based policies
