Job description
We’re working with a global leader in advanced materials and technology solutions who are looking to bring in an Oracle HCM Technical Developer to join their HRIS team. This is a pivotal role supporting and enhancing their Oracle HCM Cloud platform – ensuring it meets the needs of a diverse, international HR function.
You’ll be part of a small, specialist team that works closely with HR, Talent, Benefits, and Compensation teams worldwide. From technical configuration to developing reports, integrations, and process improvements, you’ll help shape the way their global HR systems work today and evolve for the future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing operational and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing robust solutions
Managing system configuration and setup to enable new features and functionality
Leading testing cycles for quarterly Oracle releases, from unit testing to UAT coordination
Creating and maintaining technical and end-user documentation
Assessing enhancement requests, scoping requirements, and delivering agreed solutions
Developing OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics reports
Supporting and deploying Oracle HCM Fusion AI tools
Collaborating with HRIS colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise processes
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst, Technical Developer, or similar HR Applications role
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally Core HR and ORC
Solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, and reporting tools
Experience with OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
Ability to work across the full HR business lifecycle with a strong problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus: Experience applying AI tools to automate HR processes
