Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a leading social investment organisation based in the midlands, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with agile working and a salary of £39,000 to £41,500 per annum plus £3,500 car allowance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, TUPE and redundancy management, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to lead complex cases, including tribunal-level matters. They will be passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures and confident in partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives that reflect Trident's commitment to psychological safety, equity, and community empowerment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading complex ER cases, including tribunal-level matters

  • Championing informal resolution frameworks to reduce formal grievances

  • Coaching managers on performance management, employment law, and conflict resolution

  • Managing TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes with empathy and precision

  • Leading transparent change communications during restructures

  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and global HR frameworks

  • Developing and embedding inclusive HR policies aligned with a trauma-informed approach

  • Partnering with Legal, Compliance, DEI, and operational leaders to ensure policy coherence

  • Using people analytics to identify trends, inform strategy, and improve

 Experience required:

  • Extensive experience in employee relations, TUPE, and redundancy management

  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance frameworks

  • Proven ability to manage cases through to tribunal with legal insight

  • Skilled in consultation processes and stakeholder engagement

  • Experience writing scalable HR policies across diverse business units

  • Public sector experience (desirable)

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (desirable)
