We are currently partnering with a Charity based in Leamington Spa, who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for a permanent position.

Our client is looking for someone to get started as soon as possible and is happy to offer hybrid working with one/two days per week from home.

This is a full-time position (35 hours) with a salary of £40,000.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and producing monthly management accounts including trial balance and balance sheet reconciliations
• Identifying and implementing any process improvements to improve system usage and functionality (Sage 50)
• Completing all month and year end duties
• Processing monthly payroll
• Managing treasury and cashflow
• Monitoring restrictive reserves

Experience required:

• Not-for-Profit background is desirable but not required
• Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
• Experience with PowerBI is desirable but not required
• AAT qualified
