We are proud to be partnering with a Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a HR Partner on a 6-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position based in Central London, with hybrid working 1 day a week WFH and a salary of up to £45,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Strategic planning skills and ideally have experience working within the public sector.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Lead on workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies to align with organisational goals
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including grievance, disciplinary, and performance issues
• Develop and implement inclusive recruitment and retention strategies to support a diverse, engaged workforce
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current employment legislation and best practice
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Support organisational change initiatives and lead cross-functional project teams to drive improvement
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, and data protection standards

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strategic and quick thinking
• Experience required in Public sector
• Compliance and due diligence
