Job description
Our client, a prestigious public school based in south-west London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 3-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the education and they must have an Enhanced DBS check which is registered to the online update service.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
•Strong HR generalist experience with sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and proven experience managing employee relations casework
•Educated to degree level, with professional qualifications equivalent to CIPD Level 7 preferred
•Experience developing EDI strategies and employee wellbeing initiatives to support an inclusive workplace culture
•Ability to analyse HR data, present insights, and influence data-driven improvements to HR plans, policies, and practices
•Experience implementing robust reward practices, including job analysis, grading structures, and pay benchmarking
•Knowledge of safeguarding requirements, safer recruitment practices, and immigration legislation compliance
•Experience developing and updating HR policies, procedures, contracts, and associated documentation to ensure compliance
•Proven ability to advise, coach, and support managers with complex people matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and organisational change

Working hours:
•40 hours per week
•Monday – Friday, 8:30 am-5pm
