We are currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturer based in Evesham who are recruiting for a HR Advisor for a fixed term contract up to 12 months.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go permanent. The starting salary is £30,000 which increases to £32,000 after probation.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a HR setting, holds a UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Acting as an escalated point of contact for any queries surrounding HR policies and procedures
Managing employee relations cases, including absences, disciplinaries, grievances and performance
Co-ordinating and delivering training to employees when required
Assisting the HR People Partners with the co-ordination of change management and reward projects
Supporting with recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, testing, appointment requirements and effective induction
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Strong experience managing employee relations casework
Experience of delivering training to managers and senior leaders
Significant generalist HR advisory experience and support
Knowledge of the recruitment process
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible start times available)
