We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority client in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Housing Management & ASB Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis for 6-12 months.

The role offers home working, with regular Court attendance required in the West Midlands at short notice. The hourly rate for the role is £45 p/hour UMB.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a mixed caseload of ASB and housing management, including handling succession, possessions and introductory tenancies

• Handling own advocacy, including regular attendance at Court in the West Midlands, often at short notice

• Supporting the City Solicitor and Legal team with regard to the conduct of legal casework

Experience required:

• Conducting own advocacy

• Strong knowledge of Housing Management & ASB

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday
