We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Head of Property on a three - six-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The daily rate for the role is circa £500 a day dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will be a true head of service with experience across repairs, facilities, planned maintenance and compliance.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Line managing three managers covering maintenance, compliance and facilities
• Overseeing all areas of contract management, including third parties delivering maintenance
• Leading on the development of long term structures and processes within property, emphasising Customer focused outcomes at all times
• Playing an active role in the development and implementation of modelling and system approaches
• Taking responsibility for all areas of compliance across the portfolio, including specification and administering of contracts
• Delivering reports to the board based on property performance

Experience required:

• Experience at Head of Service Level
• Experience managing the full breadth of property services
• Experience managing multiple work streams

Working hours:

• 37hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (16:30 Friday)
