  • Own the end-to-end delivery of content across all client platforms

  • Lead ideation and concept development for client and agency campaigns

  • Oversee content creation across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

  • Review and approve content to ensure alignment with strategy, brand tone, and platform best practice

  • Stay up to date with social trends and emerging formats, feeding insights into team development and content planning

  • Remain actively involved in hands-on content creation, including filming, editing, and trend execution

  • Attend and direct key client shoots, both in-studio and on-location

  • Support editing on priority campaigns and assist with upskilling the content team

  • Mentor and manage content creators, freelancers, and interns

  • Allocate work based on strengths, skill sets, and platform expertise

  • Set clear standards, expectations, and performance measures for the content function

  • Run creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and regular development check-ins

  • Collaborate closely with client services to align content with campaign and retainer objectives

  • Contribute to content strategy using performance insights and creative thinking

Essential Requirements

  • Strong video production and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

  • Excellent understanding of platform-specific content and trends (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (internal and client-facing)

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines

  • Experience managing or working with freelancers and interns
