We are currently working with a fantastic London-based homeless charity, who are looking for a Finance Officer to come in on a temporary basis for 3 months and support them with some annual spend reviews/budgeting.

This is a full time, office-based role in South East London. The pay rate is roughly £25 per hour via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate/advanced Excel skills and have used Xero. Any experience working within a housing environment would be massively beneficial (but not essential).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Reviewing spend across 61 separate London based projects, for the financial year so far – most project spend is between £200-300k per annum
• Downloading and using reports from Xero
• Gathering data using Excel
• Data will eventually be presented to budget holders, as well as the relevant local authorities

Experience required:

• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Xero

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
