We are currently partnering with an Academy Trust in Staffordshire, who are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £33,945-£36,648 (subject to experience) and the role is due to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate must hold a full UK driving license and enhanced DBS.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborating with school office staff to prepare annal and five-year budgets and update when required

• Assisting and supporting the Business Support Manager with the production of monthly written reports

• Collating monitoring and budget planning information for the central team, identifying any concerns and escalating to management for investigation

• Producing costing for alternative scenarios, advising schools on available options and making recommendations

• Collaborating with schools to prepare monthly management accounts including forecasts and variance analysis
  Identifying financial risks and opportunities including income generation
