We are currently partnering with a Wiltshire based Housing Association, who are recruiting for an Electrician to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary per annum is £40,500 and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out electrical installations and responsive maintenance work within domestic Social Housing properties in a safe and efficient manner          

• Completing remedial works and tests for safety/fire alarms

• Ensuring van is correctly stocked and maintained at all times on and between sites

• Undertaking all works as directed/instructed to ensure works, schemes or projects are completed to requirements of specifications

Requirements:

• 18th edition qualification

• Full UK driver’s licence

• Competent in electrical maintenance and inspection & testing

• Basic DBS

• 28 hours per week

• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am-5:30pm
