Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Rochdale who are recruiting for a compliance administrator on one month temporary to permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with interviews taking place next week. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience uploading data/imagery regarding EICRs, Gas Safety Checks and Kitchen/Bathroom renovations onto in-house systems.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Uploading and managing documents and photographs for EICRs, Gas Safety Certificates, and kitchen/bathroom inspection records
- Ensuring compliance evidence is correctly labelled, stored, and audit-ready
- Supporting the wider compliance and asset teams with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Expertise in data management
- Experience working with Microsoft Packages
- A keen eye for detail

Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:30
