Our client, a City Council based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Childcare Lawyer to join their Pre-Proceedings team on a locum basis for 3-months initially.

The position is due to start immediately on a remote working basis, and offers a rate of up to £55 p/hour UMB.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing a professional advisory service to the client, in regards to Childcare Law

• Working in the People team, with responsibility for Pre-Proceedings and Children’s Duty work

• Advising on judicial review and age assessment challenges

Experience required:

• Work within Public Childcare Law
