We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning property consultancy based across the country, who are recruiting for an Associate Partner to join the Housing Consultancy team on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start on notice, and the salary is very flexible dependent on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be a social housing professional with complete understanding in various asset management elements including; stock condition, energy performance, damp & mould etc.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leading stock condition, energy performance, & various other asset management building survey programmes across the country
  • Supporting the surveyor teams, clients and Project Coordinators with any queries, and aid general running of the team internally and externally
  • Be considered a social housing professional, including; Decent Homes Standards, HHSRS & further policies
  • Looking to progress to Head of Housing Consultancy in the next couple of years’, leading the team and winning business

Experience required:

• Social housing professional
• MRICS or close to Chartership

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Expert knowledge in asset management
