Job description
We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in London, who are recruiting for a ASB Officer to join their growing team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time position with a start date of 30th of June.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a caseload of around 40x ASB cases (all in Surrey)
Cases range from low to high level and could be anything from neighbour disputes to drugs, domestic abuse etc.
They have a range of customers, including general needs, leaseholders and some supported accommodation e.g. temp accommodation
Carrying out enforcement action including NOSPs and NTQs
You will be required to attend court when needed, though this will mainly be as a witness – they have a Legal team who will take the lead on court-work
Experience required:
Someone who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
Someone trustworthy who can work remotely and manage their own diary
An experienced ASB specialist
Working hours:
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
