The position is due to start immediately, and offers remote working and a rate of up to £55 p/hour UMB.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Handling a varied caseload of Adults Social Care matters, including advocating in Court and providing general duty advice
Advising on the Mental Capacity Act, including handling complex Section 21A matters and DOLS
Experience of assisting with ad-hoc SEN/Education matters is desirable
