How do we succeed?
To provide key clients like Fairhive Homes with well-suited candidates, we take a proactive approach to candidate sourcing whilst working closely with hiring managers to fully understand their requirements. On a daily basis, we search for, register and interview talent that may suit their requirements. Our approach includes:
Building lasting relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and reflect Fairhive’s values through our ‘right first time’ approach
Demonstrating our specialist approach, leveraging trusted networks to connect Fairhive with candidates who share their commitment to quality, community, and collaboration
Targeted searches and inclusive outreach to identify professionals who not only meet the technical brief but will thrive within Fairhive’s culture
Values-led advertising campaigns designed to attract skilled Surveying talent aligned with Fairhive’s vision and long-term goals
What do our results look like?
We have been proud to remove the stress of recruitment and support Fairhive Homes with roles across multiple teams and of all levels, helping them to appoint candidates who not only meet the job requirements but also share Fairhive’s values of community, collaboration, and integrity, ensuring long-term retention and team harmony.
