Our client was looking for an experienced Strategic Asset Manager with a background in developing investment programmes using integrated asset data. Additionally, they required someone with experience leading a team of data analysts and strong skills in high-level analytics.

Highlighting Alliance’s ‘unique selling points’ which would resonate with experienced candidates
A broad search of active and passive professionals using a multi-resource approach to mitigate to typical low-volume of this talent pool
A dynamic advertising campaign on jobs boards with a proven track record in Asset professionals resourcing
A total of 37 candidates were contacted within a 36-hour period producing a longlist of four applicants, 2 of which were progressed to interview.
