We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Surrey, who are recruiting for 2 x Voids Surveyor on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately and salary for the role is £46,348 per annum + car allowance.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to a HNC standard or have previous experience in a construction/maintenance background.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience of scheduling building/planned maintenance works and contract administration
• Experience of communicating with service users, staff and other agencies

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge of housing maintenance, repair specifications, diagnosing defects and remedial works
• Knowledge of housing/ property management systems (Northgate or similar)
