We are currently working in partnership with a highly reputable social housing provider based in Dorset, who is currently recruiting for a Tenancy Officer a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with the salary ranging from £26,973 - £29,382.

The ideal candidate will have a background in housing management or supported housing.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing all aspects of tenancy management services to clients (general needs) on a patch of 250 properties, across 60 units, assisting them with general queries

• Conducting tenancy signs ups & mutual exchanges effectively, whilst ensuring that tenants are maintaining a safe & secure environment at home

• Dealing with low to mid-level anti-social behaviour matters and taking the relevant action including the drafting of notices as well as serving of notices

• Liaising with maintenance team to organise any repairs, carrying out estate inspections and reducing void turnaround times

• Dealing with estate walk-abouts and carrying out risk assessments on buildings

Experience required:

• Minimum two years’ experience within the sector etc.
