​We are currently working in partnership with a Social Housing provider with properties across the Southwest, who are recruiting for a Home Condition Team Leader on a 6-month fixed contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The salary for the role is up to £45,100 per annum (£22,550 over six months).

The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out EPCs/Stock Condition Surveys, and overseeing a team of Surveyors carrying out the works.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a team of Property Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors to deliver high-quality stock condition surveys

• Collaborating with strategic managers to plan and deliver survey programmes

• Ensuring data quality through training, spot checks, benchmarking, and validation

• Collecting and analysing energy efficiency data to support SAP rating calculations

• Monitoring and report on access rates, performance, and planned repair validation

Experience required:

• Experience overseeing a team of Surveyors

• Experience liaising with senior management to deliver Stock Condition data programme

• Experience dealing with EPCs and Home Condition data

Ideal requirements:

• CIOB, CIH, RICS, or equivalent qualification in property surveying, with proven line management experience

• Strong understanding of the Decent Homes Standard and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)

• Basic asbestos awareness

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday - Friday, Flexible Start/Finish Times
