We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bath, who are recruiting for a part time Supported Housing Officer on a 6-month contract. The position is due to start within the next few weeks and is paying £28,972 full time equivalent.

The ideal candidate has experience working within a supported housing environment and have worked with clients with mental health needs.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver person-centred support to vulnerable adults, ensuring services are accessible, efficient, and aligned with best practice and organisational policies
• Apply a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, risk assessments, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and supporting audits and performance reporting
• Empower residents to engage with community activities, build support networks, and access local services, promoting confidence, independence, and sustainable housing outcomes
• Contribute to team development by identifying opportunities for service improvement and actively participating in training and continuous professional development

Experience required:

• Experience working with vulnerable clients
• Have supported clients with achieving independent living

Working hours:

• 30 hours per week
• 4 days a week
