Job description

Our client, based in North Wales, is currently recruiting for two Stock Condition Surveyors on 3-month ongoing contracts.

These positions are due to start as soon as candidates are available on a full-time basis. The rate per survey is £25 LTD per house, £19 LTD per flat and £27 LTD per block.

The ideal candidates will have experience of stock condition internally and externally on social housing properties and hold a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Conducting internal and external stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately

  • Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B

  • Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices

  • Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out

  • Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures

Experience required:

  • Stock condition surveying

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • HHSRS

  • Understanding of fire safety compliance

Working hours:

  • Minimum 4 days commitment per week

  • Monday – Friday
