Our client, based in Croydon & Mitcham, is currently recruiting for three Stock Condition Surveyors on a 2-month temporary contract with potential for future work.

The position is due to start in the first week of February on a full-time basis. The rate per survey is £22 LTD per flat and £26 LTD per house with a £3 no answer rate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting stock condition surveys in social housing properties and hold a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately

• Understanding life cycles to identify how old installations are to be able to accurately estimate when it will need replacing

• Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices

• Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to work being carried out

• Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as H&S policies and procedures

Experience required:

• Stock condition surveys

• Social housing properties
