We are currently partnering with a world leading property agency who are recruiting for 5 Stock Condition Surveyors to join their growing team on a 6-12 months temporary basis.

This is a temporary position with the rate per survey being £24 LTD per house and £20 LTD per flat and is due to start immediately.

The available patches are: Canterbury, Kent & Worthing

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting stock condition surveys on Social Housing units and submitting detailed reports following the surveys

• Ensuring the buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire and means of escape to a building of safety

• Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B

• Carrying out domestic energy assessment surveys

• Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices

Experience required:

• Conducting stock condition surveys or conducting domestic energy assessments

• Two years of working within social housing is desirable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Ability to carry out 7-15 surveys per day

• Knowledge of Excel

• Hold a full UK driving license
