We are currently partnering with a leading-edge consultancy practice, who are recruiting for Two Quantity Surveyors to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to have a highly qualified, experienced and professional team who have been appointed on multiple national and regional public sector frameworks high-quality services to their clients.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £40,000 to £80,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing both pre and post contract services, including; budget estimates, cost plans, measurements, valuing works on site, cost reports and agreeing final accounts

• Utilising creativity to ensure building projects remain within given budget, scrutinising maintenance and material costs to ensure expenses are minimised to the best deals

• Working with developers to monitor design development and the progress on agreed budgets from initial calculations to final figures

• Producing tender documentation and providing regular reports, such as feasibility reports

• Ensuring all project work meets all relevant technical and professional standards on a consistent basis

Experience required:

• Experience working in a variety of projects including residential & education

• Experience working in both the Private & Public sector

• Financial management and forecasting
