Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Reading.
The firm's Residential Property team handles a broad range of non-contentious residential property work, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations, and lease extensions. You will work collaboratively within a supportive team, supervising junior colleagues, managing your own caseload, and providing high-quality, client-focused advice.
Duties include:

Advising on the full breadth of residential property transactional work

Supervising and supporting the development of junior team members

Delivering consistently high levels of client care and service

Making an active, positive contribution to a dynamic and ambitious team

Keeping up to date with key issues within residential property law and sharing knowledge across the team

Developing referral opportunities across the firm and engaging in business development initiatives
Requirements:
-
6+ years PQE (CILEX lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers considered)

Strong experience in residential property

Ability to manage a caseload independently and supervise junior team members

Excellent technical, drafting, and commercial skills

Strong relationship-building and client service focus
