We are proud to be partnering with a highly respected Housing Association in the Merseyside area who are looking to appoint an Enforcement Officer on a 3-month temporary contract.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working and a hourly rate between £23 - £25 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking ASB management and handling legal proceedings, including attending court and preparing documents.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Respond to all cases of ASB, including hate crimes and domestic abuse cases
• Prepare and serve legal documents including notices
• Collaborate with the Neighbourhoods team
• Handle interviews, witness statements and giving evidence in court
• Preparing witnesses before they attend court
• Sign-posting individuals to correct services and making referrals to mediation team

Be advised that the successful candidate must be highly experienced in legal proceedings (attending court) andgeneral ASB duties.

• Providing evidence at court
