We are currently partnering with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Right to Buy Paralegal to join their Property law team on a 2 year minimum contract.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) and office attendance in The West Midlands is required once per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to)

• Managing both leasehold and freehold Right to Buy transactions
• Addressing issues related to unregistered land
• Providing regular updates to clients on Right to Buy matters, lease extensions, and freehold sales
• Handling the removal of Council-imposed restrictions and Right to Buy discount charges
• Managing all post-completion processes and requirements
• Ensuring all transactions are compliant with current legal and regulatory standards
• Liaising effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience within residential property law
• Law degree (desirable)
