​Our client, with projects based in London and the East Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Retrofit Co-ordinator on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary per annum is between £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience for the role.

The ideal candidate must be PAS2035 qualified or hold a recognised equivalent and a full UK Driving License.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Identifying, assessing and managing the technical and process risks in domestic retrofit projects across 10,000 social housing properties to evaluate energy efficiency in accordance with PAS 2035:2019

• Ensuring the projects are safe, high-quality and performing to their maximum potential

• Inspecting sites and performing on-going risk assessments through to completion

• Completing all necessary documentation, including: client reports, carbon calculations, medium term plans and options appraisals

• Overviewing installation of energy efficiency measures including toolbox talks if required and undertaking post-construction evaluations

• Signing off that the projects comply with PAS 2035:2019

Experience required:

• Retrofit experience

• Surveying background

• PAS2035 qualified or recognised equivalent

• Full UK driving license

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Worked in social housing environment

• Understanding of energy efficiency
