Job description

Our client, based in Barnet – North London, is currently recruiting for a Registered Care Manager on a permanent basis.

This charity is one of largest and longest established charities that helps support with people with learning disabilities.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The annual salary will be between £38,000-40,000, depending If you are registered.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in the care sector and experience with managing care staff.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing six support staff across two care homes within walking distance of each other
  • Organising the rota care schedules for staff
  • Carrying out risk assessments and safeguarding across the homes ensuring checks are in line with CQC Regulations

Experience required:

  • Two years of experience in care
  • Experience with managing support staff
