Our client, based in Leyland, is currently recruiting for a Regional Housing Manager on a 3-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing two Area Managers who are responsible for all Tenancy Management related queries, including older persons services

• Overseeing and reporting on staff performance, setting KPIS

• Leading on Choice Based Lettings withing the operational area

• Working with both internal and external partners, providing strategic ideas to ensure a better-quality service to tenants

• Help contribute and lead on change project management

• Providing expertise on specific housing areas e.g., voids, income, tenancy management, allocations and schemes

• Holding budget management responsibility

• Advising managers on how to deal with major tenancy breaches

Experience required:

• Strong knowledge on tenancy breach procedures

• Have managed Managers in the past

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
