We are currently supporting with the recruitment of a number of Recruitment Advisors/Partners for a large public sector organisation in Birmingham.

This position is a long-term contract role, expected to last a minimum of six months, hybrid working (3/4 days working from home) and is paying around £250pd depending on experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your own directorate

• Working alongside the People Partner to identify roles, create job specifications and source candidates

• Liaising with the recruitment administrator to arrange interviews, send invitations and carry out the onboarding process

• Compiling a talent pool and pipeline of strong candidates to support business requirements and future opportunities

• Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders

Experience required:

• End-to-end recruitment experience

• Experience of sourcing staff directly using jobs boards

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong relationship builder

• Knowledge of the full recruitment process

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 8.45am-5pm
