Power Platform Developer

We are currently working in partnership with a leading organization who are recruiting for a Power Platform Developer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position is due to start immediately, with competitive salary of £46,000.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform development, be proficient with agile methodologies, and have proven experience in implementing business change projects involving CRM and ERP systems.

Duties will include:

• Designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft technology stack with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

• Contributing to strategic corporate projects within multidisciplinary teams

• Empowering colleagues across the business to maximise value from IT systems and data

• Suggesting continuous improvement ideas for departmental processes

• Delivering low-code solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies to support digital transformation initiatives

Experience required:

• Significant experience in low-code or traditional development with Microsoft technologies

• Experience implementing business change projects involving CRM & ERP systems

• Proficiency with Scrum and agile working practices

Skills required:

• Strong skills in Azure DevOps for managing development workflows

• Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management for Power Platform solutions

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks

Desirable skills:

• Experience in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform development

• Hands-on JavaScript experience for customising Power Platform solutions

• Relevant Microsoft certifications

• Knowledge of Git or similar tools

• Experience setting up build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps
